Being a good corporate citizen is how we do business as a faith-based, nonprofit health care system. We share our funds, time, talent and expertise to strengthen the North Texas community.
To strengthen our capacity to improve the health of the people in the communities we serve, we are developing strategies that improve societal well-being, and determining service offerings and design programming that empowers consumers to take charge of their health. We also advocate for public policies that will protect their health needs.
To support community health programs, we encourage employees to serve by sharing their time and talent as well as through financial support.
We make investment decisions based on Texas Health’s Community Health Needs Assessment, which is conducted every three years. We also consult with local stakeholders to identify pressing community health needs and how we can best support them.
Every year, Texas Health mobilizes people and resources to drive change and support through grants, sponsorships and volunteerism.
